Telephone your Doctor
Doctors in the practice may be contacted by phone during normal surgery hours. If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and your call returned as soon as possible. If your call is urgent, you will be put through to the Practice Nurse for immediate assistance.
Telehealth appointments are available. These appointments can be booked online or by calling reception.
Reminder System
The practice is committed to preventive care. You have the option of registering to receive reminder notices through HotDoc messages regarding health care services appropriate to your care by completing the New patient registration form, or you can of course opt out.
Scripts and Referrals Ordering Online
E-scripts are now available and can be sent to your mobile or preferred pharmacy by your GP. If you prefer, we can hold your script or referral at the front desk, for pick up at a convenient time.

Medication Reviews
We have a dedicated pharmacist working onsite two mornings a week to conduct Home Medicines Reviews. The purpose of the HMR Program is to promote the safe and effective use of medicines and reduce the risk of medicine related problems. This is achieved by helping individuals better understand and manage their medications through a comprehensive review conducted in the comfort of your home.
