Tracey is a physiotherapist working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Lejeune. She has a Masters degree in hand and upper limb rehabilitation with 20 years experience treating disorders of the upper limb, including fractures, sports injuries, arthritis and overuse injuries. Tracey has worked in public hospital hand clinics, and in private practice. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and the Australian Hand Therapy Association, and is an associate member of the NSW Hand Surgery Association. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2003. Tracey has presented clinical and research papers at national and international conferences. She has been a guest lecturer of the University of Sydney and a reviewer for the Journal of Physiotherapy. She has worked as a clinical educator of both undergraduate and postgraduate physiotherapy students and has conducted hand therapy skills workshops for rural physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Tracey has a keen interest in hand therapy education and evidence-based practice, and currently sits on the AHTA Research Subcommittee, and the IFSHT Education Committee.

Stephanie is an Accredited Practising Dietitan. A graduate from University of Sydney and University of Newcastle, Stephanie comes to us with special interests and extensive experience in Weight Loss, Type 2 Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and PCOS as well as inflammatory disorders of the gut such as IBS, food intolerances/allergies and Diverticulitis.

She is passionate about holistic health, dietary and lifestyle education, with the aim of achieving optimum health outcomes for her patients. She has been instrumental in coordinating and running community-based Diabetes and weight loss programs, achieving fantastic results for her patients. She has also been involved in Diabetes research, working with Diabetes NSW in a Diabetes Remission Clinical Trial.

Our Podiatrist has 17 years experience in both public hospitals and private practices treating all disorders of the lower limbs. Areas of practice include podiatry treatments of toenail and skin pathologies removal of corns and callus and treatment of ingrown, gryphotic and fungal toenails, Surgical podiatry services include wedge resections and surgical removal of toenail under local anaesthetic, Diabetic foot assessments with use of the Doppler ultrasound, Vascular and Neurological foot assessments, Biomechanical assessments – heel spurs, heel and arch pain, plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, aching legs, weak ankles and ankle pain, flat feet, over pronation, foot alignment problems, bursitis, bunions, calf and hamstring tightness, Haglunds deformity, Mortons neuroma, Metatarsalgia, Osgood Schlatters disease, seasamoiditis and shin splints, prescription of custom orthotics with use of 3D digital scanning, Gait assessments – children and adults, footwear education and modification, Wound management – ulcer/wound debridement, dressing, prevention and education.
